No account required
You never create a login or profile to use the calculator, learning pages, or common cases.
Processed locally
Every answer you give in the wizard is held in your browser's memory and session storage only.
No calculation data uploaded
Family details, estate values, and results are never sent to a server - there is no backend to send them to.
Clearing removes it
Refreshing the page, closing the tab, or using Clear Calculation removes your session data immediately.
What we do not do
- We do not load unnecessary external scripts.
- We do not store your family details, estate values, or results remotely.
- We do not require - or ask for - your name, email, or any account information.
What is stored, and where
- While you are using the guided wizard, your in-progress answers are kept in your browser's
sessionStorageso that reloading the page does not lose your progress. This data never leaves your device and is cleared automatically when you close the browser tab, or immediately when you choose "Clear Calculation". - Fonts are self-hosted with the application bundle rather than loaded from a third-party font service, so simply loading the page does not contact an external font provider either.
- We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our site. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, pages visited, and time spent on site. Data is governed by Google's privacy policy and our data retention practices.
